At Hervux, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  2. Return Conditions
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Hygiene-related items (for safety reasons)

    We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days to your original payment method.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours with photos as proof.
    We will offer a replacement or refund.

  5. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider.

  6. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed.
